The map is centered on one of the 30 Canadian radars.

Zoom: no zoom, all images cover a 480x480 km area.

Pan:Use the Move menu to shift the map to another radar.

The radar Scans menu lists other types of radar displays that will also be centered on the radar.

The 24 hour accumulation radar scans can be checked against weather station observations when estimating a storm's precipitation amount and pattern.
